Advantages at a glance The PFT CUTMASTER folds flat and is therefore lightweight and can be transported and stored in a space-saving way. Folding feet enable you to work in two working heights. The lowered working positions can be helpful e.g. in confined space conditions in the topmost lift on a scaffold. The combi base plate on the back serves as admission for the integrated support foot or for attachment of a scaffold. The stainless steel protective bow is welded on both sides onto the swivel units. The clamp below serves to protect the spiral cable. The clamp above can be used as eyelet for transport by crane. The fixed mounted transformer permits a high cutting speed and an extremely short heating-up time. The transformer is doubly protected. A thermal fuse is integrated against overheating and a replaceable micro fuse against short-circuit currents. A push button, integrated in the cutting bow reduces the danger of injury at a hot wire and extends the service life of the hot wire. The welted cutting bow prevents that the product gets burred during process of cutting. By the depth stops which are positioned at the hangers you can fix the cutting depth. All straightedges are extremely scrub resistant and recessed at the ground plate and the support brackets. In case of angular cuts a patented “memory device” guarantees rational cutting of e.g. rake angle cuts. Thanks to a second support angle it is possible a second slanted position and furthermore, a fall down of the cut parts is avoided. Also in folded position the hot wire cutting tool stands on the individual feet – no scratching.

PFT G 4

PFT G 4 is a continuously operating mixing pump for ready-mixed dry mortars siutable for machine use. It can be filles using bagged cargo as well as directly from a silo/container using a delivery hood or with an injection hood and the PFT SILOMAT system. Functional principle: The distillation zone for holding the ready-mixed mortar is different from the mixing and pump zones. The dry mortar is thrown into the mixing chamber via the tilted feed tray. PFT G 4 can be started and refilled at any time. The feed tray is driven separately and can be dismantled quickly using a central locking. Filling with bagged cargo: One for All, all with One. PFT G 4 is the compact, easy-to-transport mixing pump in high-tech engineering, which offers a high delivery rate and large delivery range, and can be combined with the entire range of machines offered by PFT. Thanks to the low filling height, it is perfectly suited for filling with bagged cargo. Ideal for using at small and average-sized construction sites. Direct filling from silo: The PFT G 4 mixing pump is designed according to the modular design principle. By using the PFT delivers hood, it can easily and quickly be flange-mounted below any silo/container Well-suited for delivery ranges up to 30 m. Pneumatic filling with PFT SILOMAT: Easy, quick and efficient. The PFT SILOMAT discharge vessel can be easily flange-mounted to the silo/container using a couple of grips. The ready-mixed dry mortar is fed to the mixing pump fully automatically and free of dust at the push of a button. The machine is directly placed at the place of use in the process, irrespective of the distance from the silo/container to the usage site. Change in direction PFT RITMO L As of April 2013, all mixing pumps PFT RITMO L will be delivered with left-hand motion, i. e. the pump unit and mixing shaft turn counter-clockwise. PF RITMO powercoat, the innovation in the spraying and mixing technology. Plastering machine PFT RITMO L The proven one-man mixing pump with 230 V alternating current now with powerful drive of 2,2 kW – for spraying and applying spray renders, levelling compounds, dispersion paints and many more with a grain size of up to 3 mm. The potential drive uses the power of the single-phase electric power to full capacity. This enables to work various materials - even outdoor plaster - with hose lengths of up to 20 metres.

RITMO XL

The new compact mixing pump in 230 V alternating current or 400 V three-phase designed for pumping, spraying and applying of all factory blended premixed dry mortars, pasty materials and many more up to a grain size of max. 7 mm*. You can easily adjust the pump capacity to your requirements by changing the pump. The PFT RITMO XL can also be pneumatically feeding via an injection hood that is available optionally. It can be disassembled into three modules.
